Beschreibung
Die ROHM-Serien BD48□□G/FVE und BD49□□G/FVE sind hochgenaue, geringe Stromverbrauchsreset-IC-Serien.Die Auswahl wurde mit Zug-Ausgangsformen (Nch offener Abfluss und CMOS-Ausgang) und Detektionsspannungen im Bereich von 2.3V bis 6.0V in Schritten von 0,1V, so daß die Serie entsprechend der Anwendung ausgewählt werden kann.
