Allgemeine Beschreibung
Die ROHM-Serien BU42xx und BU43xx sind CMOS-Spannungsmelder-ICs mit verstellbarer Ausgangsverzögerung.Die Aufstellung wurde mit zwei Ausgangsarten (Nch offener Abfluss und CMOS-Ausgang) und Detektionsspannungen im Bereich von 0.9V bis 4.8V in Schritten von 0,1V, so daß die Serie je nach Anwendung ausgewählt werden kann.
