Das TPS54327-Gerät ist ein adaptives On-Time-D-CAP2TM-Synchron-Buck-Wandler.Die TPS54327 ermöglicht es Systementwicklern, die Reihe der Leistungsbus-Regler verschiedener Endgeräte kostengünstig zu vervollständigen, geringe Komponentenzahl, geringe Standby-Stromlösung.Die Hauptsteuerungsschleife für den TPS54327 verwendet die D-CAP2-Modussteuerung, die eine schnelle vorübergehende Reaktion ohne externe Kompensationskomponenten bietetDer TPS54327 verfügt zudem über einen proprietären Schaltkreis, der es dem Gerät ermöglicht, sowohl Low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) -Ausgangs-Kondensatoren wie POSCAP oder SP-CAP als auchmit einer Leistung von mehr als 10 W undDas Gerät arbeitet von 4,5 V bis 18 V ViN-Eingang. Die Ausgangsspannung kann zwischen 0,76 V und 7 V programmiert werden.Der TPS54327 ist in der 8-Pin-DDA-Version und der 10-Pin-DRC-Version erhältlich, und ist für den Betrieb bei - 40°C bis 85°C ausgelegt.
