Die NCP1117-Serie sind Niedrigspannungsregler mit positiver Spannung, die einen Ausgangsstrom von mehr als 1,0 A mit einer maximalen Spannung von 1 liefern können.2 V bei 800 mA über TemperaturDiese Serie enthält acht feste Ausgangsspannungen von 1,5 V, 1,8 V, 2,0 V, 2,5 V, 2,85 V, 3,3 V, 5,0 V und 12 V, die keine Mindestlastanforderung zur Aufrechterhaltung der Regulierung haben.Außerdem ist eine verstellbare Ausgabe enthalten, die von 1.25 V bis 18,8 V mit zwei externen Widerständen. Bei Chip-Trimming wird die Referenz-/Ausgangsspannung mit einer Genauigkeit von ±1,0% eingestellt.Ausgleich für den sicheren BetriebsbereichDie NCP1117-Serie kann mit bis zu 20 V-Eingang arbeiten.
