Beschreibung
Der CAT28LV256 ist ein schneller, leistungsarmer, geringer Spannung CMOS Parallel E2PROM organisiert als 32K x 8-Bits. Es erfordert eine einfache Schnittstelle für die In-System-Programmierung.Selbstzeitgeschalteter Schreibzyklus mit automatischem Löschen und VCC-Schreibschutz, um zusätzliche Schreib- und Schutzhardware zu eliminieren. DATA Polling und Toggle-Status-Bits signalisieren den Beginn und das Ende des selbstzeitgeschriebenen Schreibzyklus.
