Micron NAND Flash-Geräte verfügen über eine asynchrone Datenoberfläche für leistungsstarke E/A-Operationen.Es gibt fünf Steuerungssignale, die zur Implementierung der asyn chronous Datenoberfläche verwendet werden: CE#, CLE, ALE, WE# und RE#. Zusätzliche Signale steuern den Schreibschutz der Hardware (WP#) und überwachen den Gerätestatus (R/B#).
